I got myself Akaroa Salmon Escalope ($39.90) which was seared to medium with a pea puree risotto, sun dried tomatoes, salsa verde and beetroot. Lewis and Ann ordered the Boardwalk Seafood Platter for two ($134.00) with a selection of freshest seafood consists of whole crayfish, oysters, clams, mussels, scallops, king prawns, white fish, salmon with a green salad and basmati rice. For wine, Lewis and I agreed on the 2006 Gibbston Valley Riesling ($45.00/bottle). The wine is zingy with lemon and lime flavors which is perfect with seafood.
