It was when I went overseas to further my education that I got interested in nudism. It was nothing sexual in nature. Guess it was time for me to embrace new things in life and be more open minded. Coming from a rather conservative country didn't really allow such open mindedness. Being a person with artistic and romantic nature didnt help either. Seems stifled creativity and thinking in such conservativeness.
Can't really believe it is close to 2 decades when I left for overseas. When I touched down, it was a big vast country. The air is so crisp and fresh unlike the hot and humid weather back home. Duly went to a friend's place and got settled down. College was next and study soon began. In between, search for a place to rent and stay. Any free time was spent looking around and gotten to know the city especially the route to and from college. In college, learnt about art history. Gotten pretty good at it. Soon, university beckoned. At the same time, gotten a job as a photo shop assistant with a large retail store. My interest in photogrpahy may have helped me to get the position. At the university, studies of art history and fine arts continued but they are just filling subjects. Ever been to a nude study class? it was so interesting to have it conducted in the Museum of Arts in the evening closed to the public. Makes me appreciate the human body form especially the female kind. I have learnt to accept them (body) as they are and any shapes and sizes all have their own beauty and attractiveness. Guess studying those Raphaelites paintings helped too. So I don't subscribe to the notion of fashion magazine type of beauty.
One day I discovered nudism and heck why not? Such a beautiful open nature country and the freedom of nudism, what a combination. So I made some queries and soon put in touch with the national body of nudism. Afraid of having an erection when nude? Me too but liek the president said: around 99% dont even have an erection. It is the clothing of the women folk that makes us think whats underneath. If there is nothing to hide, there is nothing to think nor arouse. He was right! Also went to a local nudism club. Shown around by a nice lady. It made me wantin to try this lifestyle. I dont even get an erection with so many ladies around. That was my first foray into nudism. Life is getting interesting.
